Learn how to weave your own wall hanging on a wooden loom
What you will learn…
In this day long workshop Emma will introduce herself and the art of loom weaving.
You will learn how to set up your loom and then warp up the loom ready for weaving.
Emma will teach you how to do tabby weave, rya knots, interlocking (joining/changing colours) and sumac.
You will also learn about the best yarns to use and how to take your finished piece off the loom and how to hang them.
What you get to take away…
Asides from some new skills, you will be supplied with your own loom, ball of cotton, needles, thread snippers, shed stick, instruction sheet, enough yarn to complete your piece from class and a cotton tote bag to carry your loom and all of the accessories in.
