Yarn Food No Rinse Sock Wash

£7.99

Our Sock Wash natural no-rinse detergent is expertly designed for knitters to effectively clean, nourish and preserve hand-knit socks so that they last longer.

In addition to the gentle no-rinse formula, we added antimicrobial tea tree oil as a natural antidote to bacteria, fungi and odour, while lanolin feeds moisture back into the fibres.

This way your socks will stay fresh, fluffy and in shape for longer.

MORE BENEFITS

IDEAL FOR WET BLOCKING Its yarn-specific formula
helps animal fibre stitches relax and open up to blossom. Watch your patterns pop and achieve a finished and professional look every time.

THE FINISHING TOUCH TO HANDMADE GIFTS Add that extra bit of love to your handmade gifts for friends and family by treating them to a Yarn Food Mini so that your carefully crafted garment will last them longer.

EFFICIENT NATURAL FORMULA WITH UP TO 20 WASHES This plant-derived, dye-, phosphate-, and sulphate free, biodegradable and non bio detergent with added natural lanolin only needs 5ml - or 3 pumps - per wash which makes 100 ml go a long way.

PUMP BOTTLE FOR EASY MEASURE AND NO WASTE The pump lid makes dispensing small amounts of wool detergent clean and easy. No more gloopy caps or fingers, just 3 pumps give you a clean and accurate measure every time. Say no to waste and yes to the planet.

PREPARES FOR WINTER STORAGE The lavender essential oil will add an extra layer of protection against fibre-hungry moths. We recommend storing your winter woollies in breathable cotton storage bags and add moth repellents.

PERFECT TRAVEL DETERGENT Made to fit in your wash bag, just add 3 pumps of Yarn Food Wool Wash to a water-filled sink wherever you are, leave 20 minutes to soak, squeeze out water, lay out flat or hang to dry. No machine or effort needed. You’re on holidays after all.
